About the Trainer role

Are you ready to be part of something big? This is a fantastic opportunity to help shape the training department globally. You’ll be based from the office 1 day per week with the opportunity to travel across the globe delivering training initiatives

In the Trainer role you will have the following responsibilities

  • Deliver training both in person and remote direct to end users, internal teams and external trainers
  • Obtain feedback and learnings to track and improve the success of training delivered
  • Support onboarding and deliver induction product training for all new employees
  • Contribute to the design and creation of training assets across the department 
  • Work with the learning management system to upload various training programmes and online learning materials
  • Support the role out of new products from a training prospective, working with Product Managers to design innovative training programmes across the business
  • Being the first point of contact for client or internal stakeholders concerns or training requirements
  • Travel across the UK, US and EU to deliver in person training

What are they looking for?

  • A minimum of 1 year training experience
  • Understanding and passion for different adult learning styles and techniques with the ability to adapt individually
  • German, Spanish or French language skills are desirable
  • Carry the business values with pride in all communications to all stakeholders and end users
  • You’re flexible and adaptable to changing business needs and requirements
  • Engaging and enthusiastic about training and learning and development
  • Confident in presenting to a range of stakeholders and audiences
  • Strong IT skills, familiar with Apple products and Google Suite
  • Able to build and nurture strong relationship
  • You hold a full UK driving license
