About the Senior Customer Success Manager role

Are you ready to be part of something big? They are looking for a Senior Client Success Manager to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of operational clients throughout the UK – to drive performance, ensure and improve service, delivery, operational performance, earnings, and support.

In the Senior CSM role you will have the following responsibilities

  • Building and nurturing client relationships.
  • Developing and implementing client account and stakeholder management plans.
  • Meeting and exceeding annual revenue goals.
  • Overseeing the client earnings forecast.
  • Collaborating with clients to enhance supplier engagement and minimise any disruptions in the process.
  • Managing client accounts to meet contractual SLAs and exceed client expectations.
  • Being the first point of contact for client concerns or requests.
  • Implementing Service Improvement Plans in partnership with clients.
  • Identifying areas for improvement and driving continuous enhancements.
  • Managing client expectations and actions.
  • Leading the Service Management team in the UK, collaborating closely with various internal functions.

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills for interacting with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • At least 3 years of client-facing experience in a Service/Management or Project Management capacity.
  • A strong background in Finance and/or Procurement.
  • Project management expertise and understanding of the Project Lifecycle.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills with great attention to detail.
  • Confidence in managing client expectations and influencing decision makers.
  • Financial competence, commercial acumen, and a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritize conflicting client requirements and internal tasks.

Desirable qualifications and experience

  • Business consulting experience.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders across multiple organizations.
  • Private and public-sector experience.
  • In-depth understanding of Purchase to Pay (P2P).
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, and Agresso.
