About the Business Development Manager role

As the Head of Sales, you will take charge of a dynamic team of 7, consisting of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Business Development Managers (BDMs). Your primary focus will be driving sales performance, fostering a collaborative team environment, and expanding their client partnerships.

In the BDM role you will have the following responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of 7 sales professionals.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients.
  • Drive the growth through creating new partnerships with clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of their services.
  • The role is office based in Manchester.

What are they looking for?

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the RecTech or the Recruitment industry.
  • Track record of successfully managing teams of consultants in recruitment or a sales team in RecTech.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
