Are you a senior HR professional with people centric approach? We’re looking for a Head of People to support an award winning Technology company. The role is perfect for someone looking to make a significant impact on the culture of a growing, geographically dispersed business.

The Role

As Head of People you will:

  • Have full ownership over the people strategy globally, working with the senior leadership team to encourage a progressive and inclusive culture worldwide to drive employee engagement and retention.
  • Lead the culture and diversity initiatives, maintaining a diverse, inclusive, and respectful workplace culture. Fostering an environment where all employees feel valued and respected.
  • Implement development programmes and strategies to promote employee growth and performance.
  • Manage a team of 3 HR Managers across different locations.
  • Manage outsourced training providers, schedule and content.
  • Ensure compliance with HR laws and regulations across all locations.

 

What are they looking for?

  • Minimum of 6 years experience in a Senior HR or People Development role
  • Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related industry
  • Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations
  • Experience managing a team, developing employees and cross functional teams
  • Track record of driving diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
