About the Business Development Manager role

The Business Development Manager role is a full-time, permanent role with the flexibility to work from home or from the office. Your focus will be bringing in new business, establishing long-term relationships, and providing communications solutions to growing businesses in the local area.

In the BDM role you will have the following responsibilities

  • Generating new business from new and existing clients
  • Introducing services and solutions to new and existing customers
  • Utilising all resources available to prospect new customers
  • Communicating with customers in a professional manner
  • Attending onsite meetings within the local area
  • Achieving monthly sales targets as set by the company
  • Delivering high levels of customer service
  • Staying up to date with ongoing trends within the industry and the developing product set

What are they looking for?

  • More than 3 years of previous experience in a new business role
  • Previous experience selling unified communication solutions
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Living within a commutable distance of Bristol

What’s on offer?

  • Basic Salary between £30,000 – £45,000 DOE
  • Uncapped Commission structure
