The Role

As Business Development Manager you will:

  • Spearhead new business development initiatives.
  • Forge and nurture lasting relationships with clients across diverse sectors.
  • Craft bespoke solutions aligned with client goals and brand ethos.
  • Keep a pulse on industry trends to ensure the business stays ahead of the curve.
  • Participate in strategic planning to further the businesses vision and growth.
  • Work closely with Design, Engineering, and Production teams to ensure their clients’ needs are briefed into the business.

 

What are they looking for?

  • A passion for creating innovative retail environments and interest in brands.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and team members. We require someone who can present the business to future clients and successfully manage expectations both externally to clients and internally within the business.
  • Experience in business development, preferably in retail design or related agency fields. Able to work locally and occasionally travel overseas for meetings and reviews.
