Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join a growing SaaS company. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of developing and closing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and exceeding sales targets.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities through effective prospecting and relationship building
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers at target accounts
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product, to ensure successful account management and growth

 

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in SaaS business development, sales, or a related field
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Deep understanding of the SaaS industry, sales methodologies, and customer buying processes
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
