Business Development Executive


£25,000 – £30,000 + commission 

Job Description

Our client is an award-winning training services provider and consultancy based in Worcestershire. With an enviable reputation for providing best-in-class training services and consultancy to businesses in the Private and Public sector.

As Business Development Executive you will be responsible for the following.

  • Generating new business from new and existing clients.
  • Introducing services and solutions to new and existing customers.
  • Utilising all resources available to prospect new customers.
  • Communicating with customers in a professional manner.
  • Attending client meetings with designated Account Managers.
  • Achieving monthly sales targets as set by the company.
  • Delivering high levels of customer service
  • Staying up to date with ongoing trends within the industry and the developing product set.
  • Engaging with the ongoing training and development programmes within the business.
  • Ensuring all sales administration tasks are completed accurately and to high levels of detail.
