Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced 1st Line Support Engineer to join a growing IT team in Bridgend. In this role, you will provide technical support to our internal and external customers.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as experience in the following areas:

 

  • Office 365 – setup, configuration, management, and maintenance
  • Windows OS – installation and troubleshooting
  • Networking – basic knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, etc.
  • Hardware – ability to install and configure various hardware components
  • Active Directory – user account creation, security, and management
  • System administration – user setup and management, software installation, system patching
  • Troubleshooting – ability to identify and resolve technical issues
